(Will not fit on earlier B-Bodies that have the Fuel Filler Tube mounted on the Rear Quarter.  If your earlier B-Body has the fuel filler back under the bumper, then they will fit.)

Kits Include: Headpipes, Collector Reducers, Balance Tube Kit A, Tailpipes and all Mounting Hardware.

Headpipes are designed to "tuck' up" under the vehicle into the tunnel area for maximum ground clearance. This allows the greatest ground clearance with muffler installation also. Headpipes and Collector Reducers are made longer than necessary to accommodate most header/muffler length combinations. It may be necessary to cut off some unnecessary length. Total combined length is 56". If the distance from the end of the header to the case of the muffler (measured in a straight line) is more than this, then purchase one of the extension kits.

Tailpipe design allows for normal rear end and suspension movement and do not interfere with popular traction devices. However, offset shackles can present problems with 3" installations. Tire clearance, even with the widest, badest tires you can mount, will not interfere with the tails either. Tailpipes exit in stock location and can be cut to install Tips. Tailpipes on the 1962 Dart will be short. Purchase either the Turn Down Tailpipe Extension with a 40 degree Turn Down or the 10" Adapters which can be used as turn downs.

Mufflers need to be Offset in/Offset out on opposite sides. This system uses and includes our special Performance Collector Reducers. Just tell us your header collector size and we provide the appropriate collector reducer with the system. All mounting hardware is included. Nuts. Bolts & Washers are Stainless Steel and all Clamps are Zinc Coated for long lasting service and durability.

NOTE: Some Mopar Headers Do Not point or aim towards the tranny crossmember humps. This presents a problem for any aftermarket system installation. IF you have headers like this (or headers where one or both sides are pointing down, up or too far inward or outward), we recommend using our No-Weld Collector Reducers in the appropriate size. This will require welding, but at least it will make for a cleaner and easier installation.

Tailpipe Tips: If tips are desired, the turn down at the end of the tailpipe can be cut off, leaving room for the tips.

NOTE: Balance Tubes -- We do not have the Balance Tube or Crossover Pipe pre-installed. We do not for several reasons. First of all, each engine is different and may require (for theoretical, ideal placement) the Balance Tube to be installed forward or rearward of where we might have it. Secondly, IF the headers are not totally straight, the pre-installed Balance Tubes can present installation problems. We do highly recommend the use of a Balance Tube on all systems.
